Leslie Allen, Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse in Otorhinolaryngology

Leslie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse in Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nursing. She graduated in 1993 to become a RN from Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis, TN and then went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN in 2002. After working for 17 years as an ENT clinic nurse, she decided to pursue her Master’s Degree to become a nurse practitioner. She graduated in 2014 from Western Kentucky University and has continued to work in the ENT specialty as a nurse practitioner.

Patient centered care along with a team approach and Christian faith is paramount in providing excellent care to patients. Leslie is excited to join that team with Dr. Lee and Dr. Demoville.

Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and being a grandmother to 4 beautiful grandchildren. She also loves the lake, the beach, and reading all types of books.
